The simplicity and ease of use is remarkable. Simply open the app, put the band on your arm, and push a button. It turns on, performs the test, turns off, updates the app, and keeps track of everything. Heart Health definitely knows what they're doing. Being a heart patient myself, I have used other apps and devices before and can honestly say nothing compares to this produce.
