The helper is always late. End moment-cancelling helper provided by the service. Worst experience ever. Even customer care will not pick up your call if the helper is not at your location. Worst multiple experience. A booking slot has no meaning in this app. My genuine suggestion to use other service

Hi, had a good experience with help sent form HelloHelp, a female came on time and clear communication of what work to be done and completed all the task given to her.
I had a good experience sometime back as well, a male help came and did the task given to him accurately. No small talks needed. 
And the booking experience was also smooth.
