I usually don’t write reviews but this app will save you money over the other prescription discount cards. Prior to using this I was using GoodRx, but Hippo prices equal significant savings!

Was skeptical at first,  but it really works and saved me tons of money on my prescription.  Had a question before I used the app and I called customer service and they were super helpful and very nice.  Answered all my questions and even followed up with me!  I definitely recommend this app if you are looking to save money on your prescriptions.

Do not use this app!!! They give you the highest prices and freak you out thinking you’re going to save money with them.  This is how Sweet little elderly people get ripped off by people like you. 
They told my aunt her scrips were $75 & $77. So she signed up and paid for it on line.  When she got to the store her scrips were less than $25 for 2 scrips.   Crooks crooks crooks!!!! 😡🤬😡🤬

The first time I used this app will be my last. I received my prescription from my physician and used the app to order my medication and pay for it before I went and picked it up for my pharmacy. My pharmacy cannot enter only the BIN number and member ID number into the system because they need all of the other insurance numbers to enter in a claim (group and RX PCN) and Hippo does not provide them to you. So the amount of money I paid for the prescription through the app didn’t matter. I still had to pay my pharmacy for my prescription to get it. So I ended up paying double, once to Hippo and once to my pharmacy. Now I try to call customer service at Hippo and no one answers the phone.

This app said several of my drugs were literally hundreds of dollars more than what I have ever paid. Today I looked up what cefdinir 250mg/5ml, 100ml bottle size - the app said $231.74 but I went in to the pharmacy and was told the price was only $30... not even in the same ball park

Really the idea behind the app and they interest making the medicine is easily available for everyone is appreciated. But of the major problem I am facing with the app is they doesn’t have any proper help information to reach them back it really makes me hard to locate the customer service team. And one of the best thing is they reached me based on my comments in Facebook and resolved the problem in a minute. So irrespective of all the best features they providing this simple feature turn bad about them earlier. Hope this will get avoided in future but other than that they are really awesome:)

Awesome way to get your meds that insurance refuses to cover. It’s also good as a filler when you’re waiting on a pre-authorization to go through to make sure you pay an affordable rate, and not be held hostage by your insurance company. Highly recommend
