Hello Hotel is a guest communication app for hotel staff. It combines voice calls, SMS, and voicemail into a single threaded inbox organized by guest, and includes an AI voice agent that answers calls when staff are unavailable.

Features
Unified inbox. Voice calls, SMS messages, and voicemails are threaded together by guest, so conversations stay continuous across shifts and channels.
AI voice answering. When a call isn't picked up, an AI voice agent answers, handles common guest inquiries, takes messages, and routes urgent calls to staff. Every interaction is captured as a live transcript with an automatic summary.
Guest context. Stay history, preferences, prior conversations, and internal notes appear alongside each thread, giving staff full context the moment a guest reaches out.
Property management system integration. Hello Hotel integrates with Mews and other common hotel systems, so guest and reservation data stays in sync without manual entry.
Mobile workflows. The app is designed for front-desk and management workflows on a phone, including replying to messages, returning calls, and reviewing transcripts on the go.
Voicemail transcription. Missed calls are returned as transcribed, summarized messages with one-tap call-back and reply.
