Hello Inspections is the ultimate tool for building inspectors.  Using the app, you'll be able to create customised reports in minutes - then export or email directly from your device.  Hello Inspections has the following features -

- Select from hundreds of pre-scripted defects
- Use our amazing AI tool to automatically generate defect statements from your photos
- Ability to add images, plus edit them and add arrows
- Export / send PDF report right from your device
- Add / update your own personal database of commonly used text
- Create and send pre inspection agreements
- View a summary of completed reports, including a breakdown of report types and locations on a map
- Add your own company logo
- Style the report to suit your company style
- All information is stored in the cloud.  Multiple users can work on the same report.

Subscription information -

Basic subscription give you full access to all features but a limit of 20 reports per month.  Pro subscription gives you unlimited access.

All subscriptions entitle you to ongoing support and future updates.

For in-app purchase based subscriptions - 

Your subscription is monthly.  Your iTunes account will be charged at confirmation of purchase.  Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.  Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.  Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase.

You should add a feature where there is some type of notification on the app when a report has special conditions. I know it doesn’t seem to hard to check it while the inspection is being carried out but I always find myself finishing off a report then finding all these special requests.
