This app makes it very easy to add multiple photos up to 20 at one time just tick the photos. I have found the Gary {App developer} to be open to suggestions and he is wanting to improve and add features that matter to us the end user. One of the features I do love is to be able to set up template reports for the various common styles of homes I encounter with some defects already in the template. When I inspect a home I choose the right template and copy it with one click and I have a report already completed with many of the details. Any defects that are on my template that are not encountered can be removed with 2 clicks. The app has some pre-loaded comments but also has the capacity to add your own which can easily be searched for in your favourites tab. This app is saving me time which is priceless in todays busy world. Happy to chat to any prospective users ask the app developer for my contact details. It’s a relief to have an app that is reliable and that any issues I want to customise and getting extra help is easy and hassle free. We also appreciate the excellent support we received from Gary and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending using hello inspections for any Building inspector or building consultants. None of the building apps in competition with this one even comes close. The Hello Inspections app gives you the ability to complete your report whilst inspecting!!! The report can be finished the same time you finish your inspection. I had spent months researching, downloading and testing other inspecting apps and was frustrated with what was on the market. I came across Hello Inspections and was excited to download, test and experiment. Within a couple of hours testing, I’d found the perfect reporting app. There are many features within the app for many needs, very customisable, user friendly and a great inspecting tool in your pocket. The customer support is excellent and the app is very simple and easy to use. I Highly recommend the use of the app if you wish to free up a lot of your time and not spend nights doing reports. The ability to set up templates which enables us to do the entire inspection through the photo module saves considerable time in completing our reports and peace of mind that no defects have been left out. The main reason we tried Hello Inspections was the easy to understand report format which we thought is a must for our clients. Using the app is straight forward and extremely user friendly which has made the learning curve relatively flat. Outstanding customer service, ongoing training and support are always an email or phone call away which are responded to very promptly. Product updates with improvements are done regularly and you can always submit suggestions too. We looked at quite a few during the decision making process and decided on Hello Inspections. The back up service has been fantastic as we had quite a few questions in the beginning and the ongoing service has been an invaluable resource. The feed back from our clients has been really positive. Robbing bastards managed to take $99 on 20th March from my account when the subscription was canceled in February!!! I’m onto my bank big time as asking why has this happened So do not associate yourself or your business within mob!!!
