Do not get it because wallpaper did not work for me

It seems like a normal app. The fitness is said when you go to settings it’ll say device it says add watch so that’s why you can’t use the sleep thing with a phone or iPad so all I can do is bring my phone on a run like I’m not gonna drop it Why? Why is it so bad?
