I have 30 gems and wanted more to hire more servers, but when I bought them, although the money definitely was debited from my account, the gems never uploaded so I still only have 30 gems. 😡 I also tried buying more hearts/lives a couple of times, but I never get them. I definitely won’t spend money on this app again! ### 4/5 — In-App Purchase *2023-03-17* I love the game but when i paid to get 20 gems, i didnt get the gems nor the free cinnamoroll. I check my apple id for if i can refund the money and it says pending. I’ve refreshed the game four times. I’ve even played a few games to see if it worked, still nothing. I found it again about a day ago and when I was supposed to get to the second day it just.. Froze. I tried re-downloading the app, exiting the app, etc. It wouldn’t work. I tapped on the developer name and found this, I haven’t even played it yet, it was still downloading and I received a weird notification telling me to edit my home screen. I’ve never received a notification like that in my whole life, so I deleted the app. I’ve been told multiple times if you get a weird notification something might’ve injected a virus into your phone.. or someone hacked your phone. I believe that this developer is attempting to scam small children and inject viruses into their devices while they play the little cute Hello Kitty game they found on the App Store. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Game stole my money *2023-08-11* I’m honestly pretty upset because I love playing this game but it’s so hard to get gems so I decided to try and buy some gems so I can hire more workers and upgrade my stuff I spent over $25 to different times to buy gems and each time I did it charged my account and I never got one gem and I tried to contact customer support. No one reached out please don’t try and buy stuff on this app they will steal your money!!!!!!!!😡 ### 1/5 — Do NOT GIVE THIS GAME MONEY *2023-08-02* I just tried to buy 30 days of germs and a whole day of hearts, and neither one of them worked, and they just charged me.
