대체 앱완성도가 중학생 개발자 수준보다 못하고
느리고 qr코드 확인기능은 어느 메뉴에 있는지도 모르겠고 사업양도 설명은 왜 ok해도 자꾸뜨나요?

일단 앱이 정말 최악입니다. 이렇게 허접한 전기차충전 앱은 처음 봅니다. LG는 이렇게 허접한 앱을 만들어놓고 사업을 하겠다는게 정말 괘씸할 수준입니다. 그리고 앱결제시 충전 경험이 최악입니다. 충전 과정이 매우 불편하고 불친절합니다. 암만 해도 충전이 안되서 고객센터에 전화했는데, 충전하는데까지 30분이 걸렸습니다. 리솜 리조트에 LG 충전기가 설치되어 있어서 어쩔 수 없이 이용했는데, 앞으로 LG 충전기는 무조건 피하려고 합니다.
