After rebooting ipad, and trying again a couple of times, it downloaded. However I am not keen on the new layout and I hate that it no longer downloads as before so that it looked exactly like the printed copy. Very disappointed although I will continue to subscribe. Definitely need to buy the printed issue to see it as it should be. ### 1/5 — Unbelievable *2024-10-11* I have been trying to get help for over 5 days, current issue doesn’t display for download. Apple sent me to app developer (which is not accessible via link provided) and Hello Mag sent me to Apple. I have lost the Queens Diamond jubilee issues, the 2012 Olympics. Royal wedding and christenings. Special issues and dozens more. It even shows I need to purchase magazines I know I paid for. I have tried to restore purchased magazines but no luck. They have stolen my money, I paid for these issues they had no right to delete them. They don’t care, no apology. Don’t waist your money, I’d never buy another issue to download or from a shop. I have other magazine apps with mags going back to 2010 and I can still access them. This app is a rip-off. Very very unhappy. We subscribed to a mag in June this year and we are now unable to download the Mag. An e mail was sent to request help but to date just ignored.
