First time using the app as my friends were checking it out, I asked it several questions, most of saying that it refused to answer despite my questions being school appropriate, and ultimately spiraled into an “oops! Something went wrong!” message only minutes after I started using it. This could genuinely be a useful app, but atleast in my opinion is very much over-advertised for a faulty AI

I am a person with dietary restrictions. This app gave me false information about what food at Xavier was amenable to my requirements. Luckily I do not have any serious health issues, but this could easily harm someone with a more serious condition. This is already an issue, but the app touts itself as a means to access reliable information about on campus dining options.
