That is really disappointing cause I paid for all of the developers app and I am concerned that I will lose them in the future. Especially if the iOS version starts to be to advance for the app. I hope that the developer will keep all of the art apps working in the future. Instead it crashes the phone. It's definitely a bug because the other Hello apps all work perfectly. Please fix! I think I am mixing paints because what I tap on looks like a brush. I still can't get the app to update to the full version. It's not available on the app (says it can't connect to the App Store) and I can't access it in the App Store ???????Q Please advise. Review from an artist having 15 of these apps. *2015-04-07, version 1.60* This oil paint imaging is very close to the feel of oil but not right on. This app offers a pleasant time at it. Mixing and blending are ok but could be better. I enjoy it at times for long periods of time. I boar easily so that says something for it. There are way to many graphics around the frame. By its self it lacks the ability to be more than a child's app, however with the unique brushes, and the paid version you get many more colors and get to blend and dry your paint. I like as it fixes the layer. Then exporting it to a more detailed app, makes for some great illusions, i have had to only use the two apps together, this one and Ipastels...also the paid version. Great tools for the painter that likes to see their work develop but hates mistakes. ### 3/5 — Smaller brushes please! *2014-01-10, version 1.60* The app is good, but it needs more variety of colours as it's not easy to mix colours together to create a different one, I.e, mixing red and blue together doesn't result in purple..... It needs more neutral colours as well. This is a classic problem with smudger's. There are much better painting programs on app world. Including Line Brush which has good oil paint-like blending. I don't know how it appeared and I don't know it's function. Also, when I make a multicolored option on the palate , it transfers to the painting surface as a monotone color. The markers draw transparent, thin lines....and when I try and blend the oil paint together, it always comes out grey, no matter what colors I blend.
