I downloaded the app, signed up and I submitted all my documentation - yet they kept rejecting it and didn’t tell me why! I then want to chat to a consultant and when I get connected, the first consultant stays quiet. The second one takes forever to respond and my issue wasn’t resolved! Sending and receiving money was simple, fast, and stress free and I always appreciated the reliability of your services. However, when I got a job abroad, I faced a challenge. I couldn’t deposit funds into my account because the country I’m in doesn’t support WorldRemit, which is currently the only way HelloPaisa receives money from abroad. That meant I had to go back to struggling with other complicated and expensive transfer methods.
