I have just use this application in the morning to send money then afternoon someone send me money but application can’t open start telling me that I put wrong password how could that happen when I been using same pin for years and when I try to request new pin application showing me that I’m not registered customer this is very poor service if you don’t have internet no way way u can check balance or send money or do anything else . On Wednesday, I fell victim to a scam and lost R8000. To make matters worse, today, Saturday 16 March, they scammed me again for an additional R500, even after I had blocked my card and obtained a new Hello Paisa card. When reaching out to them for assistance, they claim that they are unable to help. I'm starting to suspect that this might be an inside job. I am also going to make sure non of my fellows or people i know uses your banking. ### 3/5 — REVERSE TRANSACTION *2024-02-02, version 5.05* It is really a reliable and helpful app to use to send money, the only problem is that you can’t reverse a transaction on the app once you send the money up until you call the agents of which they take time to assist and in most cases before you get hold of the agents, the wrong receipient has already collected the money since the message get to him automatically once a deposit is done We need an option on the app where we can be able to reverse or cancel a already deposited transaction without calling the agents that are unavailable on weekends and only available during work hours during weekdays ### 1/5 — Bad service *2024-01-25, version 5.05* Don’t bother applying with them bad customer service, ive been waiting for them for now almost a month they not calling me I try to call them no one answers, on the app there’s the chat option nothing happens you will wait for a hours before someone even answers but they will tell you waiting time is 1-2 minutes for a reply wish I didn’t even waste my time could have applied in a better place where they care about clients ### 1/5 — Unhappy for days! *2023-12-29, version 5.05* With all due respect, I unfortunately had to write this here to get some attention to my situation. I downloaded the app, signed up and I submitted all my documentation - yet they kept rejecting it and didn’t tell me why! I then want to chat to a consultant and when I get connected, the first consultant stays quiet. The second one takes forever to respond and my issue wasn’t resolved! So whenever u create order it will go first ur bank account and then the country u want to send money. Sending and receiving money was simple, fast, and stress free and I always appreciated the reliability of your services. However, when I got a job abroad, I faced a challenge. I couldn’t deposit funds into my account because the country I’m in doesn’t support WorldRemit, which is currently the only way HelloPaisa receives money from abroad. That meant I had to go back to struggling with other complicated and expensive transfer methods.
