So I request you that please design this app for blind person. ### 2/5 — Multiple opportunities to improve the experience *2022-03-17* I feel there are so many opportunities on the application to improve the experience. First and foremost is - Notification. There’s absolutely no way to turning the notifications on. The problem ? We miss important emails from the school. The experience- I have to momentarily go and check the application for any new messages. Second: your interface is bad on the homepage. It overlaps with the images and icon. It just keep on loading and nothing happens. You need to go back and come again to the same page to see. But fraud mindset of making money . I made a payment for night stories. I already had a daily night story plan from school. I still took additional subscription. I was forced to keep an auto pay in bank with 10yr mandate. I was not comfortable. I did payment for 3 months and later after few days removed the auto pay instructions from the bank. Now they cancel my subscription and also the one that I already had from school. Such a FRAUD mindset. Kid is crying as no story available and also money is taken in advance for 3 months. No help options as well. Even need to improve UI as well in terms of features management. There are certain open bugs in messaging module and other. Even after sending feedback to developer via app, App Store, the developer doesn’t seem to address this recurring issue. We recommend school to change the service provider. N.B.: no other app in my phone behaves this way. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with iphones *2019-10-14* The Hello Parent app use to work on iphone with few errors but after the roll out of iOS 13 update, it has stopped working completely. Now every time you try to open the app on an iphone, it just crashes.
