### 1/5 — デザイン充実より基本機能をちゃんとして欲しい

iPhone17、SR-R2500Pで使用しています。
使用中、急にアプリがシャットダウンしたり、作成済みのラベルデータがエラーにより下書き保存できなかったりという不具合が頻繁に起きます。
デザインを増やすだとかいったアプデよりも、基本機能として「ラベルを安定して作れる」「ラベルデータを保存する」という部分をもっと強化してください。
本当に驚くほど使いにくいです。
制作陣はこのアプリで本当にラベルを作ったことがあるのか？エンドユーザー目線を持ったことがあるのか？甚だ疑問です。

＞一から作成を選んでも好きなサイズの枠線すら付けられない
＞オブジェクトの重なりを変更できない
（追加したものが絶対上に重なる）
＞テンプレートの表示が遅い
（あと、タブになってるカテゴリ一覧をまず大きく表示して欲しい）
＞テンプレの下線や枠線が微調整不可
＞整列がテキストボックス内に対して作用するの謎
（テープに対して作用してくれ）
＞印刷設定がなぜが別ボタン。
（普通に画面下に常時表示して欲しい）
＞テンプレを他のユーザーと共有する機能とか欲しい

せっかくの「アプリ」なのに、機能が従来ハード以下で残念。
サイズ、位置、余白、レイヤーなど、ピンチやドラックは当たり前として、数値やシークバーでさらに微調整できるくらいが最低限ではないでしょうか。

本体一万円以上したのに本当に残念。
私も素人なのであまり偉そうなこと言えませんが「UX」「UI」などの言葉をググってみてください（切実）。
例）フォント選択を横スクロールでするのとか、とても見にくいです。縦一択です。

悪文申し訳ありません。
今後の品質向上を切に願います。

かわいいデザインが作れるのはありがたいが、アプリエラーが起きすぎてイライラする。
一括印刷とかも履歴とか保存から使えるようにして欲しい。
同じデザインが複数枚欲しい時の印刷法も入れて欲しい。全体的に使いづらすぎる。

印刷がかすれて何を印刷したのかわからない。
息子好きなウルトラマンのイラストがあったので、作成して見たが、かすれるので何のウルトラマンなのか識別出来ず残念。linkではかすれが出ずに綺麗に印刷されます。

Bluetooth接続済みなのに、いざ印刷しようとすると未接続表示。でもアプリもスマホも接続済みになってる
本体がダメなのかと思って
テプラリンク2でやったら使えた

helloは使えない🥲と思っていたら、

［Bluetooth］
下のアプリからhelloを開いてBluetoothをオンにしたら使えました。

テープ送りが...
この機能のおかげでズレて印刷されるのを防いでいるのでしょうが、なんか
テープがもったいないなぁってw

企画としてはよく練られている。ただ、アプリとしての難点も多い。アプリ連携に力を入れていくのであれば、もう少し頑張って欲しい
①とにかく動作が遅い。起動も遅いし、読み込みも遅い。ホーム画面でアイデア提案記事やコラボレーション企画が出てくるのは楽しいが、こうモッサリしていては使うのもしんどい。
②機器との接続が不安定
③処理落ち時に下書き保存されていない悲劇起こりがち。（下書き保存への動線もわかりづらい）
④2020年から全て（現時点で121件）のお知らせ通知が読み込まれており、全既読ボタンもないため一つずつ読み込まない限り通知数が減らない

MARK SR-MK1を購入した後にこちらのレビューを見てちゃんと使えるのかとても不安になりましたが、普通に使用できます！Bluetoothもちゃんと繋がります。簡単に可愛いラベルが印刷できるので、昔のテプラと比べると大変便利です。
ですが、皆さんもおっしゃる通りアプリが少し重かったり、もうちょっと細かく編集できると有難いなというところです。
今後のアップデートに期待しています。

ワクワクした気持ちで使ってみようと思ったらBluetoothに接続できなくて困りました…。公式ホームページにも対応策がのっておらずどうしたものかと悩んでいましたが、こちらのレビューに同じ問題を解決した方法が載っていて助かりました。3年も前のレビューだったため、公式ホームページにも載せてくれてもいいのに…と思わずにはいられません。

いちいち裏を開けてテープの交換。
電源OFFがないので強制にコンセント抜く。
アプリ重いので一回使うごとに、スマホが熱くなる。
しばらく使ってないと、印刷されずに無のテープが永遠に出る。

スタイリッシュでデザインに惚れて購入しましたが、使ってみて残念な所多すぎます。

何年まえから重いなど指摘があるのに改善しないのは、どうしてですかね？

昔からテプラが好きで、本体デザインもシンプルで素敵なので他者製品も惹かれましたが信じて購入しました。
フォントや絵文字のデザインはすごく可愛くて満足しております。コラボなど努力してくださってるなと感じます。
ただこちらのレビューに皆さんが記載されているような基本的な操作の改善点にもう少し目を通していただきたいです…切実…
コピペ、グリッドなど少しずつでもいいので利用者の声を聞いてくださるともっともっと素晴らしく知人にオススメできるものになるかと思います。
