I did not receive the credit because all of a sudden “the eligible services for this offer is a bikini full or Brazilian”. They gave me the credit anyway I saw it. So whenever I have to use the chat feature, I have to click keep closing the app altogether and reopening the app in order to see what the rep response is. From the customer service, to the actual service itself, to her knowledge and professionalism, everything was amazing. This visit was honestly a 10/10 and I highly recommend! Hello Sugar also has one of the best membership options I’ve come across, so be prepared to be sick of me because I will definitely be back lol.
