朋友推荐下载的。一开始很喜欢，疫情期间两天能到的也就这里了。
但是后面连续两次出差错，第一个是订了三盒不同种类的鸡蛋，来了两个最便宜的，一个第二便宜的，最贵的没来。我妈说疫情期间忙就算了。
但是第二周的订单又出问题了……意大利面包装爆开箱子里洒满了...
我联系客服，客服说申请退款。我是申请了，可是就退一块钱... 对，一块！还不如不退！看了更不开心了☹️
现在还在等客服的回应，希望周一上班可以给我个交代。

在支付宝中看到这个商场，买了一次，有俩产品没货漏发了，申请退款，结果需要先确认收货后，点申请售后，选择完产品点确认跳转不到下一页，总是提示选择产品，联系在线客服，微信客服都没人回答，退款也退不了，人也不说话，挺垃圾的，而且没有投诉入口

When you go out of the app and have not place your order you loose everything you have I once picked out 48 things which costed me like 2hours and when I went out the app everything was gone 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡

App界面变了，我以为会更好用。结果是购物车根本加载不出来，1秒显示加入购物车的商品后就变成一直是空白页。此外，番茄的货源越来越局限了！以前常卖的商品全都不在补货。袁鲜全线产品没了，火锅底料种类少得可怜。双汇也没了。感觉这样下去，很快就会面临老客户大幅流失。

真的很无语 高中的时候就开始用 现在上大学了还在用 原来就是冲着发货准时来的 结果现在发货不准时 已经推迟一天了 问客服什么情况 客服就是完全已读不回的状态 太搞笑了I'm really speechless. I started using it when I was in high school and I'm still using it now when I'm in university. I originally  use this application for the on-time delivery, but now the delivery is not on time. It's been delayed for a day. I asked the customer service what's going on, but the customer service just read it but didn't reply. It's so funny.

Please never add funds into the account, as you will not be able to completely deplete your funds. I have $47 credits in my account, I need to purchase exactly $47 after taxes, tips and fees to be able to use up these credits. If I spend $50, I am not allowed to first use these credits then use other forms to pay the remaining balance. 

Add more credits you ask? The lowest denomination is $50. 

It will be an infinite loop.

从12月到1月份试着下单了几次。 不得不说品质不稳定， 特别是购买的水果， 一次是柚子一个甜一个干了。 另外客服也很难联系上， 链接到微信上也很难沟通。 最让我震惊的是， 买了几个泡面， 一个1月份买的2月28号就过期， 一个1月中旬买的，月底就过期了。这是实在太离谱了！

之前充了一些钱，剩了十几块钱。再次购物结算的时候竟然用不了余额，因为一共$170多，直接显示余额不足，用不了。只有继续往里面充值才能继续用里面的钱。而且不能把里面的钱退回去。网购了这么久，这样的情况还真是第一次见。你们这样，谁还敢充值购物了。赶紧改！！！

送的干菇濒临过期，买的水果居然都发黑了。跟客服反应了一下看看能不能帮我换，居然让我自己去他们仓库换。要是退的话还不包邮费。服务真的太恶心了。用了一次以后再也不会用了。实力劝退。

App优化的非常差，打开App花好久，经常卡顿。给了快递小费，但是快递员要求顾客必须自己出门跑到指定地址取，而且态度恶劣拒绝送货上门！包装很随意，产品价格一点不便宜。差评！
