I’m going to call the company that handles the distribution and see if I get some results... FYI - I was able to connect after retrying for 2 hours. After I turned the device off and attempted to start it again i had to go through the whole process of reconnecting again. It’s just not worth it. They need to improve the connectivity issues. So I called Customer Service 800-738-1106 to get a refund! How shady! They will refund if you are within your 30 days of purchase AND they will try to refund you only 10% of what you paid and tell you to keep it or sell it to someone else! If you make a big deal about it they will reluctantly refund you 75% of what you paid minus shipping and handling. They will complete the refund after you send them their device! YOU must pay shipping. You MUST use their RMA code that they give you for returns AND you must return in 7 -14 days! Multiple attempts with each device resulted the same: Failure. No means of getting back to the company for a refund.
