I love Hello82 and order from the website often but for some reason I can’t log in on the app. I enter my credentials but it doesn’t let me click the ‘Login’ button on the screen. Due to this I have not been able to use the app at all :(

The fluidity of the app seems more like a beta than the actual finished product. Hopefully, with more updated the app could be way better.

i’ve ordered from hello82 many times and love how fast and safe all the items come. the app seems like it can still use some improvements but that’s expected from a newly launched app. my main problem is that on the profile page you’re not able to see previous orders and your cart like you can on the website. i hope this is fixed soon but besides that ily hello82 just pleaseeeeee start doing more stuff in new york like the fansigns are never here like pls🙏🙏 and if stayc is doing a fansign in ny or pa for their new album (btw stream cheeky icy thang) or smth yk who to call if you’re feeling generous and want to give me a free ticket 🥰
