I have to struggle to find where I can find past gas booking history. Images are overwhelming and masking real text labels. Text labels also can be revised to be more meaningful. ### 1/5 — Worst Delivery Service *2026-08-18* Extremely poor delivery service. We have to repeatedly beg the distributor to deliver the cylinder, even after placing the booking on time. Delivery is unnecessarily delayed, and there is no proper communication or accountability. Customers should not have to keep following up for a basic essential service. Very disappointing experience.  App and online booking and payment service is really good ### 5/5 — Very good service from BPCL *2026-08-17* I recently processed a consumer name change and faced some delay. Then contacted BPCL Kochi office and received excellent customer care support. The staff was highly helpful and efficient. Additionally, the BPCL mobile app is incredibly user-friendly and makes booking cylinders completely hassle-free. However, the local distribution agency definitely needs to improve its service quality and delivery efficiency. Great backend support, but ground-level execution can be better. ### 5/5 — app not responding *2026-08-15* This new app is not responding at all and not going beyond the language screen despite being connected to to a stable high speed internet connection and I can't book my gas now. The previous BPCL app was far better. Please fix it ASAP. ### 5/5 — Excellent Service & Reliable Gas Supply ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *2026-08-09* I’m very impressed with BCPL’s gas cylinder refilling service. The entire process has been smooth, quick, and hassle-free, with excellent coordination and timely service. What is particularly appreciable is that even during the recent Iran–US conflict and the uncertainties around fuel and gas supplies, BCPL managed their operations smoothly and continued providing reliable service without major disruption. This shows their excellent planning, commitment, and dedication towards their customers. ### 4/5 — Very good. *2026-08-04* When we are trying to login after a gap, let’s say one Month the app is forcing us to change MPIN. Is this mandatory? If this is regarding security well and good other wise it’s annoying. ### 5/5 — Excellent app *2026-08-02* I can’t believe from standing in queue to getting the lpg delivered via app definitely our country is going in right directly the app is so easy to use I am using it since past 5 years ### 1/5 — A digital torture device disguised as an LPG app *2026-08-02* If the goal of this app was to crash, crash again, and force users into an infinite OTP-and-redirect loop, congratulations—10/10. It cannot process a simple eKYC or payment without kicking you out, freezing on black screens, or demanding companion apps that refuse to launch. It takes 2 minutes at a physical gas agency to do what this app fails to achieve after 50 attempts. Complete software trash. Fix your servers and test your builds before launching them on the public. ### 1/5 — 1 Star *2026-07-29* I booked an LPG cylinder from BPCL on 7 July, but my vendor was changed without any prior notice. After waiting for several days, I contacted the new vendor to ask about the delivery. They informed me that they would not deliver to my location and asked me to come to their office and collect the cylinder myself. Since I had already made the payment online, I requested a cancellation and refund. However, I was told there is no cancellation policy for online payments. When I spoke to the vendor, Manjiri & Company, Ghatkopar West, they said they could not do anything because it was a government policy, and even they were not getting any support from the authorities. This has been a very disappointing experience. Customers should not be forced to collect cylinders themselves after paying for home delivery, and there should be a fair cancellation and refund process when the service cannot be provided. **Developer response:** Hi Nitin Barve , We regret the inconvenience caused to you.
