J’ai trouvé l’app fluide et bien faite ### 5/5 — Très bonne application *2026-06-15* Très bonne application, une interface fluide et bien pensée. Expérience très satisfaisante. ### 1/5 — Ne fonctionne pas *2026-01-08* Je ne recommande pas du tout cette application, car en premier temps elles ne fonctionne pas, ensuite lorsqu’elle se lance, impossible de créer un compte ou de se connecter, de ce fait, on est obligé d’aller sur le site Internet et une fois qu’on a enfin réussi cet étape, il faut ajouter la carte bancaire. Et alors là c’est le parcours du combattant impossible de l’ajouter. Vraiment cette application est à fuir, sauf si vous n’avez pas le choix. N’ayant pas pu me rendre au travail, j’avais besoin de transmettre un arrêt de travail à mon employeur. Le praticien s’est présenté au rdv avec plus d’1h de retard, la consultation a duré moins de 20sec. Mais le praticien ne délivre pas d’arrêt par contre 30€ la consultation. Quand je lui fais par de mon problème il me dit que c’est mentionné sur le site (faux, ou en tout cas je cherche encore) et impossible de faire un signalement ou une réclamation. Après réclamation auprès du médecin,la réponse que j’ai obtenue est la suivante :(le médecin prend 25€,et hello care 3€ au patient)! Attention le prix peu changer et n’ai pas annoncé.
