Liebe Entwickler, diese App (das ganze System) ist wirklich genial! Wir sind begeistert.

Was uns aber dringend fehlt ist die Möglichkeit, eingeschränkte Zugänge nur für Kassierer:innen einzurichten. Die PIN Sperre ist im Alltag nicht praktikabel.
Auch die Stabilität der App könnte noch besser werden (gelegentlich verschwindet der Stornieren-Button, die App stürzt beim Einsatz von SumUp ab, etc.)
Und warum können Küchendrucker nicht auch Bons drucken?!

… aber jedes Mal wenn man einen Artikel anlegt und ein Foto vom Artikel machen möchte, stürzt die App ab. Also immer erst Fotos machen und dann einfügen, mega nervig und Zeit raubend.

Das ist jetzt meine dritte App, die beiden davor waren viel zu kompliziert, meist funktionierte irgend etwas nicht.
Das ist hier anders. Wenn mir etwas versprochen wurde, dann war es auch so!  Sie funktioniert tadellos auf dem IPad, hat eine DATEV Verbindung, die ich mit meinem Steuerberater nutzen kann. Ich würde mich noch über eine Funktion freuen, bei der man Kundenbilder und Behandlungspläne sowie Einverständniserklärungen für die Kunden hochladen und speichern kann. Dann wäre sie mehr als perfekt.

... es ist ein gutes Rechnungsprogramm mit Kassenbuch und Lagerverwaltung. 

Eine Kasse muss vollständig OFFLINE funktionieren um als Kasse genutzt zu werden. 

Man stelle sich vor der Laden füllt sich, startest deine Kasse, aber es ist kein Internet ist da, viel Spaß beim Zettel schreiben. 

Du gibst Daten in die Kasse ein, wechselst auf Rechnungen weil ein Kunde ein zusätzlichen Beleg möchte und gehst zurück auf deine Kasse, deine Einträge sind weg. 

Stell dir vor du möchtest ein Artikel anlegen im Imbisswagen mitten in der Pampa?
A: ach ja, kein Internet, du kommst gar nicht an die Kasse ran. 
B: hast du das vorher gemacht, passiert nichts, die Kasse bleibt beim letzten Stand ohne Rückmeldung stehen. 
C: Du lässt deine Kunden stehen und fährst 10min lang schnell auf den Berg um dein Artikel anzulegen oder auf Rechnung zu gehen um diese schon mal auf machst, dann fährst du zu deinem Stand und versuchst die Rechnung nicht mehr zu drucken weil es eh nicht funktioniert, sondern weil nach 25min keine Kunden mehr da sind. 

Fast alles kann online sein, allerdings nicht die Kasse mit den nötigen Einstellungen und Anlagen dazu. 
Das MUSS offline funktionieren!
Sowie eine Nachkontrolle was gekauft wurde. 
Sowie ein Kassencheck wenn ein Prüfer kommt. 
Sowie das die Artikel mit großen Buttons die im Vordergrund stehen und nicht die Liste. 
Meine Mutter würde sich bedanken. 

Wenn das umgesetzt wurde schreibt mich an. 
Dann kaufe ich euer System.

Ich arbeite mit der Kasse seit dem 01.05.16 in der Premium Version, täglich in meinem einzelhandelsgeschäft und hatte nicht ein einziges Mal Probleme! Die Kasse läuft auf meinem Mac genauso wie auf dem iPad tadellos. Die Funktionen sind umfangreich, zuverlässig und einfach abzurufen. 

Ich kann hellocash nur jedem empfehlen. Ich habe einige Mietvarianten anderer Anbieter getestet vor meiner Entscheidung. Und insbesondere die in Deutschland ansässigen Firmen, sind extrem teuer für die gleichen umfangreichen Funktionen, wie es hellocash bietet. Also von mir gibt es volle Punktzahl und drei 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Daumen hoch.
