Doesn’t work with Richmond market h less you transfer money 1-2 days in advance

### 1/5 — Not intuitive when using US financial institutions

Downloaded app and added my card to pay at the night market. For most other apps this would be enough to start using it immediately (Venmo, Apple Pay, cash app etc.) but not the case. I’m usually tech savvy and couldn’t figure out what was wrong and FAQs didn’t answer my questions. I reached out to support recently to try and get a better answer to decide if I give it another go or delete completely. For reference I use a large American banking institution.

HelloChat was quite nice to use when we were at the Richmond Night Market! It showed coupons and provided a way to pay without cash.
