Nicht zu empfehlen. ### 2/5 — Leider nicht ausgereift *2024-01-13, version v1.0.34* Das Öffnen der Türen hat nur einmal funktioniert, danach wurde der QR-Code nicht mehr erkannt. Das Teilen der Reservierung an Mitreisende um ebenfalls die Türen zum Haus und Zimmer zu öffnen hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Vermutlich sind hier die Grenzen der Digitalisierung erreicht. Wir waren froh an der Rezeption noch freundliche Menschen zu treffen, die auch gleich noch individuelle Tipps gegeben haben. ### 1/5 — Absolut unbrauchbar *2023-07-28, version v1.0.34* Wenn das Geschäftsmodell einer Firma die digitale Abwicklung von Hotelprozessen ist und genau das eben nicht korrekt funktioniert, sollte sich jeder Hotelier überlegen mit denen Geschäfte zu machen. 1. Der QR Code für den Einlass wurde nicht übermittelt. 2. Die App zeigt bereits um 13 Uhr „Check In möglich“ an (regulär wäre es 15 Uhr) - wenn man sich dann freut und mit kompletten Gepäck auf dem Weg zum Zimmer ist, funktioniert es natürlich nicht. 3. Wenn man seine ganzen persönlichen Daten eingibt um es dann beim Check In schneller zu haben, werden genau diese Daten nicht gefunden und müssen erneut eingegeben werden. 4. Beim Check In kam direkt die Meldung „Etwas ist schief gelaufen“ um dann auf „Check In Erfolgreich“ umzuspringen. 5. Check Out war weder per App noch per Terminal möglich. Eine Bezahlung lies sich noch durchführen aber danach brach es immer ab. Wenigstens wurde die Kreditkarte nicht mehrfach belastet. Dazu ist diese App eine absolute Datenkrake (Zugriff auf Kamera, Bilder, Bewegungsdaten + persönliche Daten die erfasst werden). ### 1/5 — Merkwürdig *2023-02-06, version v1.0.32* Ich habe über die App eine Reservierung getätigt und am selben Tag wieder storniert. Am nächsten Tag machte ich eine Direktbuchung im Hotel & wollte über die App einchecken. Die App hat die Reservierung nicht angezeigt, nur die, die ich am Vortag storniert habe. Über den Eincheckbutton hätte ich für den stornierten Tag einchecken können, dann wurde der Vorgang abgebrochen weil der Anreisetag schon vorbei war. Auch ein erneutes Laden hat nichts gebracht. ### 1/5 — Stürzt ab *2022-10-12, version v1.0.31* Kommt nur die Meldung: Ups Umm… etwas ist schief gelaufen. Sorry, aber damit kann ich nicht arbeiten! ### 1/5 — App does not find reservation. *2022-07-23* I checked in online (not using the app). Now I am checked in but the app does not recognize it. This is an issue because now I cannot use the app to open the door. Major hassle. ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-03-20, version 1.0.21* Ich kann nicht einmal das Hotel finden für das ich einchecken soll. (SAXX in Hagen) ### 1/5 — Funktioniert nicht *2022-03-05, version 1.0.21* QR-Code des Hotels wurde nicht erkannt. App ist beim Check-in 2x abgestürzt, gab unklare Fehlermeldungen bis hin zu „löschen sie alle Daten und laden sie die App erneut“, verlangte aber die Freigabe der Foto-Bibliothek. Check-in über die App war letztlich nicht möglich. Unbrauchbar. ### 1/5 — Funktioniert nicht *2021-08-29, version 1.0.19* Ich habe ein Hotel gebucht wo man nur mit dieser App einchecken kann. Nur kann ich in dieser App nach keinen Gastgeber schauen, anmelden funktioniert auch nicht und meine Reservierung kann ich ebenfalls nicht sehen. ### 1/5 — Unbrauchbar *2021-08-03, version 1.0.17* Findet keine Reservierung, auch nicht mit Nummer.
