We want this to work as well as the website does. ### 1/5 — This app is the WORST! *2026-05-07* I’ve been forced to use this app for the last 18 months since moving to a new apartment complex if I wish to retrieve any package deliveries. For the last several days, I can no longer even sign into the app. SonIso I follow the reset password feature and create the umpteenth new password this week via the website (and can successfully login there) but when I return to the app itself, i cannot sign in. The app features to just use my phone number and just use my email address don’t recognize either of those. Yet I can successfully send myself the reset email to that same email address. Please fix this problem. Then work on the fact that your system is constantly telling me i moved the wrong package when I retrieve my packages. Perhaps because I have to dig through so many packages to find the one with my name on it. This is easily the messiest package retrieval system I’ve ever encountered. ### 1/5 — Amateur execution; distasteful; disgraceful *2026-04-15* I can’t even login in using the app for days; these geniuses didn’t enable autofill on the email field in their login page.
