Helm is an AI-powered business analyst for Shopify store owners. It studies your orders, products, customers, inventory, discounts, and margins, then answers questions about your business in plain English using your actual store data. IMPORTANT: An existing Helm account is required to use this mobile companion app. Account registration, subscriptions, upgrades, pricing, and payment management are not available inside the app. UNDERSTAND WHAT YOUR NUMBERS MEAN Most dashboards only show numbers. Depending on the permissions connected to your Helm account, Helm can analyze: • Sales, orders, and refunds • Products, variants, and collections • Inventory levels and sell-through • Customers and purchase history • Discounts and price rules • Fulfillment and shipping status READ-ONLY ACCESS Helm uses read-only access to analyze your connected Shopify store. It can view authorized store data to provide insights, but it cannot modify your orders, products, customers, inventory, or Shopify settings. PRIVACY AND SECURITY Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Helm does not sell your store data or use it for advertising. You can disconnect your Shopify store to stop future access and request deletion of your data.
