## What is Helm's Slain Companion?

One app to rule them all... or at least to help cover the GM duties auto-magically for the Helm's Slain board game and replace character sheets for the digitally inclined. The iPad version allows a group to run the encounters from the game with the iPad rolling for the monsters (players still roll actual dice - that's a part of why we play right?) The iPhone version let's you load up your characters and keep track of all that treasure and equipment you accumulate during play.

This app is a labor of love to help everyone who enjoys the Helm's Slain dungeon delve board game.

I am the designer of the Helm’s Slain board game, and this app is fabulous :)

It performs all the work that a player would have done by taking on the role of the GM. Now all of the players can be characters in the game.

It can also be used to keep track of your characters on your phone.
