De façon absolument pas intelligente puisque contrairement à la concurrence, le circuit est alors coupé et le matériel connecté dessus également. Ce qui cause éventuellement des préjudices lorsque l'on se trouve à distance. Cette marque est donc NÉFASTE. ### 1/5 — À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT *2025-10-10, version 1.0.3* Les prises "intelligentes" tombent en panne les unes après les autres (30% sur une cinquantaine achetées). Lorsque cela arrive l'appareil coupe le circuit et ce qui s'y trouve connecté ne fonctionne plus. Cet objet est donc inutile et peut causer des préjudices dès lors que cela arrive à distance. À ÉVITER, préférer une marque plus sérieuse (Tapo par exemple). ### 3/5 — Alarm 2 objekty *2024-03-02, version 1.0.3* Mám pod kamerami 2 nemovitosti, rodinný dům a chalupu. Proč nemohu nastavit alarm jen na chalupu, když jsem doma a naopak? Non c’è la possibilità di contattare l’assistenza, c’è solo una FAQ che non risolve nulla. ### 5/5 — Reactif , tres bien *2023-04-23, version 1.0.2* Nous l’activons regulierement quand on part en weekend ou plus , lance les alarmes sur notre telephone rapidement avec photos a l’appuis ( le chat qui passe dans le salon, le facteur qui sonne ) je la recommande surtour que ce n’est pas tres cher , il faut juste avoir la wifi a la maison et ensuite la 4G sur son tel pour recevoir les notif. ### 2/5 — Peut mieux faire *2023-04-12, version 1.0.2* J’ai acheté le kit chez Intermarché (seul magasin à ma disposition ce jour là et j’étais pressé). J’ai eu des difficultés à apairer les caméras au boitier de communication. Les explications fournies sont inadaptées et insuffisantes. J’ai fini par y arriver un peu par hasard… Je n’ai pas trouvé de notice d’utilisation de l’App (version iOs), ce qui fait que je ne peut pas utiliser les paramétrages proposés dans les menus, ne sachant pas à quoi ils correspondent. Enfin je suis déçu de la définition de l’image des caméras. En utilisation vidéosurveillance, je doute que l’on puisse identifier un visage, a fortiori s’il y a le moindre contre-jour… Si j’avais eu plus de temps pour choisir, j’aurais sans doute mieux utilisé mon argent… ### 3/5 — Review *2023-02-22, version 1.0.2* After update it doesn’t work on iPad, if you connect the camera and want big screen it doesn’t work.. you habe just small picture on the big screen.. and also it doesn’t work on Samsung devices.. all, phones and also tablets… this is the reason for 3 stars. ### 2/5 — Où est l’album ???? *2022-11-14, version 1.0.2* Impossible de trouver l’album et impossible de lire les vidéos sur la carte SD. J’ai pourtant eu le service après vente de nombreuses fois mais toujours en ligne. Il refuse de me recevoir à Boulogne et refuse de m’appeler.
