Very hard to connect, seems to fight with Heka app for connection. I could only use it 1 out of every 6 times I tried to use it 👎🏾

Will not pair with HELO.  Only reads and records time.  All other values remain at 0.

I’ve loaded, unloaded, reloaded and tried to pair with my Helo LX over 30 times. It has NEVER paired thus never worked for me at all.

I verified my HELO LX was connected and not bound and started two different workouts. It only tracked elapsed time and nothing else. I’m sorry, that’s not fitness tracking.

Beautiful interface, but as far as functionality goes it’s not very accurate with distance and calories burned. Would like an option to change kilometers to miles. 

It may be the Helo and not the app, but would be nice if we didn’t have to unpair from Heka to pair with HeloFit. 

I just upgraded to the Helo LX+ and I don’t think the app and wearable are compatible. I can’t get it to pair.

So far tested the workout. It tracked everything. Was off by about .75 on distance and 50% on calories. Probably needs a couple of things updates like entering your gender, height, weight, and age to determine calories burned or something to make it more specific to the user. Also need to fix having to close heka and reset helo every time you want to use helofit and vice versa.
