I like how I don’t have to log-in to anything to access all of the app’s features.

I absolutely love that this app is available. This I believe will give individuals considering suicide, individuals wanting to kill themselves and others who are just feeling extremely overwhelmed and stressed out and looking for ways to cope with everyday life hurdles. Having access to these resources also reminds you that there are still good people out there who do care about you and want to help. This makes me very hopeful knowing someone is always in my corner if I need anything.

Mental health help at your fingertips. The site is easy to navigate and has all kinds of help,from crisis numbers to breathing exercises to tips on how to help somebody who is suicidal.
