The app takes long to load, constantly crashes while typing messages and doesnt allow you to view messages when offline. We are forced to use this at work and its so frustrating that I rather use email instead ### 5/5 — Great features for remote troubelshooting *2023-10-25* Being able to “reach into” the technician’s video feed is a game changer. ### 3/5 — Needs Improvements *2020-09-15* Needs improvements in particular around the DND period. Suggest allowing a DND time period setting (eg. 6pm-8am) and per day of the week rather than the current option for next 4hrs etc. We do not work 24/7 and need to be able to “switch off”. With over 400 Techs at different skill levels HelpLightning is bridging the Knowledge gap in the industry. With this CV19 the App is helpful as well. ### 1/5 — Not usable *2020-01-29* I have an account on my PC , which is not very portable so I downloaded the app. The app installed but tells me I have the wrong user name or password. I literally used the app to change the password and it still give me the same error. There is no help button or contact for help on the pc. Ironic for a program that is supposed to help troubleshoot remotely.
