Bravo à Somfy pour cette application extrêmement utile. Après l’installation de volets roulants solaires, j’ai eu toutes les peines du monde à installer les télécommandes et le kit de connectivité. Aucune procédure correct sur internet et même l’IA s’y est cassé les dents. L’IA a finalement trouvé cette application avec enfin des instructions bien documentées et claires! Seul bémol, pourquoi Somfy ne communique pas plus sur son existence? J’en ai parlé au commerçant qui m’a vendu les volets et il ne connaissait pas du tout cette application.

The description should clarify this better, as I downloaded the app thinking it would help me fix the programming of a remote that seems to have lost its way.   But, I’m just the homeowner stuck with a now not real useful remote and this program assumes you have access to all the part numbers and are stepping through an installation from out of the box.  Somfy makes it very hard to find information on their remotes if you aren’t the installer, apparently.

L’application ne fonctionne pas quand l’on sélectionne la française et le pays France ! 
Du coup je ne peux utiliser l’application

Il y a que de l’aide pour 2-3 télécommande. Il n’y a pas d’explication sur la nina. C’est plus somfy help me pour les particuliers que pour les pros.
Bon départ de l’application mais j’ai l’impression que c’est somfy help me lite

Good idea but absolutely useless, no support nor info for Somfy GDK700 garage door. Had to reprogram remote.
