I can login one time. Login the second time and all you get is a spinning wheel. Login directly in without the app. Until this is corrected don’t waste your time.

I’ve had this error for 3 days and no one responds to my emails they do not have a phone number for customer support this is ridiculous!!!!! I’ve lost 5 potential clients because of this

HOD is a good tool, however the inability to use on every smart device limits the users ability to speed and accuracy in support of clients. Not available for smart watches.

For whatever reason, I can’t use FaceID to log into this app. It’s telling me I need a credentials update. Before just recently, I did not get this message. I have updated & saved my profile several times to no avail. To get in from my phone, I must type in my password. This is cumbersome while I’m out & about. I’ll probably just need to get in the habit of turning my availability off when I’m out during the day. I’m not happy about this.

We understand not being able to use your biometrics to log in can be frustrating. Please update your application to the latest version as we have fixed this issue.
