## What is HelpBroker?

HelpBroker is a professional coordination marketplace for verified Washington real-estate agents with an active NWMLS relationship.

Post and discover nearby unpaid open-house opportunities. Requesters can set an exact schedule or offer a same-day availability window with a required hosting duration. For flexible opportunities, the helping agent chooses an available start time when accepting.

HelpBroker includes:

- Nearby open-house discovery sorted by distance
- Exact or flexible open-house scheduling
- Sale and rental open houses
- Configurable opportunity alerts
- Automatic upcoming, in-progress, and completed status
- Assignment reminders and participant contact details
- Two-sided reviews after completion
- Reporting and blocking tools
- Five annual posting credits, with additional posting options available

HelpBroker currently supports unpaid open-house opportunities only. Compensation offers and payment-method arrangements are not permitted in opportunity posts or instructions.

Before posting or accepting, agents must have any authorization required by their firm or designated broker and comply with applicable law, MLS rules, client instructions, and firm requirements. HelpBroker is not a substitute for a brokerage's supervision or official recordkeeping system.

HelpBroker is an independent technology platform. It is not a real-estate brokerage and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NWMLS.
