I can connect from my Windows PC, MacBook, Android phone, or even another iPhone whenever I need to help someone or present something remotely. The cross-platform support is definitely one of its biggest strengths. The connection quality has been smooth, and the setup process wasn't complicated. It's especially useful when you need to access or demonstrate something on your iPhone without physically holding the device. One thing I'd like to remind other users is to be careful when accepting connection requests. The app itself works well, but like any remote viewing software, you should only allow connections from people you know and trust. If you receive an unexpected request, always verify who is asking before granting permission. There are plenty of scammers who try to take advantage of remote access tools, so staying cautious is important. Overall, it's a really useful app with excellent cross-platform compatibility. I didn’t feel comfortable specially after he asked what my 3 digit security code was so I hung up and came here to see all the negative reviews. I hope I don’t get scammed out of my money. I locked my card and used a different # to call customer service in which sounded a lot more legit off the bat. I caught you guys red-handed trying to steal money directly out of my bank account. I had to change my user ID because somebody kept on trying to change my email address, phone number, etc. They pretended they were connected to Apple support after installing the app. They immediately wanted to look at my bank app and my Venmo app. They tried to instigate a fake crypto Transfer. Immediately deleted, and I had to change my banking password and my Venmo password. I mean, really, absolutely do not respond to my review. This is simply a warning for people do not install this app these pos-es got directly into my bank account and instigated an email change and a user ID change. I had to login as quickly as I could to block it, fortunately, my bank detected the activity and locked out the user, but I ended the session and deleted the app as quickly as I could.
