After creating account and being prompted to enter home address so that it could find jobs near me, I entered my address, but it will not let me move forward as it keeps showing in red That address cannot be blank, even though it is filled in. I have restarted the app and even Deleted the app and re-downloaded and still have the same issue.

Let me see the actual app before I have to enter my banking account information. I should be able to enter that later. I don’t know the app developers and I don’t wanna give you my bank account information until I actually see the app and see if it works. I shouldn’t have to enter this information on the first few screens to even get into the app.

This app is not perfect but it does what it should: it walks you through steps to sign up, set your radius, set up alerts, all that…and then how to settle up a job. I’ve used both this one and the previous version, and it’s much better than the old one. If you think it’s a big “waste of time” then you’re spending too much time on it!

I have been using Hidrent Pro as a firefighter for a few months now. The process is really simple. I get a notification when a job is posted near me. I can view it and either accept it or ignore. The jobs I’ve accepted were pretty simple to do on my off days. I’ve seen jobs with companies as well so I’m excited to see more come from this app.  Everything goes through the app-talk to the customer, hit complete when the job is done, and I get paid directly into my account in a few days. No worries about address and bank account as other reviews have complained-the address is to set your desired radius to get jobs and the bank account is deposit only. Love love love!

I don’t like how it asks you what department you are with and your personal union member number. If it’s needed for ID purposes to keep this for firemen only ok, but it truly none of their business.  I also don’t like how you are asked for your bank account info right away. I don’t think you should have to use a bank account if you don’t want to. Allow people to pay with cash or Venmo or PayPal if they want. You can’t even see the jobs in your area to see if it’s worth even doing this. I don’t want to give my bank info only to not even use the app because of few jobs. Many have said there are hardly any jobs even in big city areas. How does the average citizen submit to this when they need a job done so we can help?  Answer these questions and let us see what jobs are around BEFORE we put in bank info.

I just watched the shark tank episode went to download the app to request services but there’s only an app for the firefighters to sign up but could not find a hydrant app for the customer to request the services, I am sure I am not the only one having this problem you may want to address it.
