I wanted to visit a online GP today, i was able to book for an hour later. Very quick and helpful. The login in process is unnecessarily inconvenient and requires you to get an email code every single time you log in. You can’t paste the code in either. The app is glitchy and slow as well. The registration flow is needlessly complicated, the app actively blocks pasting and the password policy is ridiculous with an unspecified maximum character length so I had to keep shortening my password until it met your “complexity” requirement. Overall a terrible app that I’d be happy if I could never use again! Update: Every time I use this app I die a little. Could the devs please look at the WCAG Accessible Authentication guidelines as it feels like everything they do is at odds with it. Blocking paste for passwords and verification codes is hostile to your users.
