Thank you! ### 1/5 — Great helpers, bad booking experience *2026-05-26, version 27.0.0* I've been wanting to increase my regular cleaning frequency, but the booking system is a nightmare. I have to go through the whatsapp chat instead of using the app. I want to book for the cleaners that I have been assigned before, but for some reasons they're always fully booked. On my last request, I can book a cleaner for one time booking but I cannot schedule regular cleaning at the same slot. The reason being that the cleaner would have 3 jobs at 3 consecutive days ??? But wouldn't it be the same case if I book them for 1 time booking? I'm also only booking for 3 hours cleaning, so I don't think it's particularly tiring for the cleaner. The customer service agent is very unhelpful and doesn't try to provide solutions. I'm only going back because the cleaners have been professional and satisfactory so far. I felt it is a little bit misleading but whatever. Not worth my time arguing with the customer service Edit: similar complain in app store from 3 years ago. The customer service tells me the feedback is going into the team. But if something as simple as adding surcharge to the “to pay” is not added for 3 years. Well… whatever ### 1/5 — Umgang mit Schadensfall *2026-04-10, version 25.0.5* Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Umgang mit meinem Schadensfall. Der Schaden ist bereits im August 2025 entstanden und wurde umgehend gemeldet. Bis heute ist keinerlei Regulierung erfolgt. Im weiteren Verlauf erhielt ich lediglich drei Rückmeldungen, die jeweils erst auf erneute Nachfragen meinerseits erfolgten und sich inhaltlich auf allgemeine Hinweise zur Weiterleitung an die Versicherung sowie die Ankündigung erneuter interner Nachfragen beschränkten. Eine substantielle Rückmeldung zum Bearbeitungsstand oder eine konkrete Klärung blieb hingegen aus. Besonders problematisch ist zudem die Haftungssituation: Schäden bis ca. 500 € sollen offenbar ausschließlich von der Reinigungskraft getragen werden. In der Praxis führt das dazu, dass man als Kunde zwischen Plattform, Reinigungskraft und Versicherung hängen gelassen wird. Gerade im Schadensfall zeigt sich die Qualität eines Dienstleisters. Hier fehlt es leider komplett an Transparenz, Verlässlichkeit und Kundenservice. Ich musste dem Thema dauerhaft hinterherlaufen und habe bis heute weder eine Klärung noch eine konkrete Aussage zum Stand der Regulierung erhalten. So stelle ich mir einen seriösen Umgang mit Kunden und Schäden definitiv nicht vor. ### 1/5 — They run extra fees for anything slightly near a holiday *2026-02-19, version 25.0.4* Their CNY surcharge fee has been going for a long time and is just silly. Are they paying the helpers more at this time? I doubt it. I can understand an upcharge on the actual holidays but I have been checking for two weeks. Bad service. I will uninstall as I cannot seem to book anything recurring or one-time without these stupid fees. ### 1/5 — Worst service possible *2026-02-12, version 25.0.3* I used the app twice. Both times, two incompetent individuals arrived and caused nothing but trouble. ### 2/5 — Fair für Kunden, nicht fair für Reinigungskräfte *2026-02-03, version 25.0.2* Ich habe diese App schon häufiger genutzt, um eine Person zu finden, die meine Wohnung reinigt. Soweit so gut, es gibt viele Personen zu finden. Nach dem Austausch mit den Personen, die bei mir gereinigt haben, musste ich leider feststellen, dass Helpling sehr intransparent ist, was die Gebühren angeht. Du denkst, du zahlst 25€ pro Stunde an deine Reinigungskraft und 2,9€ Gebühr für die Plattform. Tatsächlich behält die Plattform aber von dem Stundenlohn der Reinigungskraft 43% ein. Während man also denkt, die Reinigungskraft fair zu vergüten, bekommt sie gerade einmal den Mindestlohn (oder im Zweifel sogar weniger). Beispielsweise habe ich für eine Reinigung von 2,5 Stunden 62,5€ bezahlt und meine Reinigungskraft hat davon nur 35,62€ erhalten. In meiner App steht 62,€ (2,5*25) Stundenlohn + 2,90€ Servicegebühr. Auf mich wirkt es so, dass diese Intransparenz absolut gewollt ist, um den Eindruck zu vermitteln, die Reinigungskräfte würden fair bezahlt. ### 4/5 — Sehr guter Service mit einer Einschränkung *2025-12-21, version 24.0.0* Warum kann man, wenn eine Putzkraft absagt, keine zum Ersatz angeboten bekommen. Der Weg dorthin in der App ist wie eine komplett neue Buchung. ### 2/5 — Leider nicht sehr Anwenderfreundlich *2025-12-14, version 24.0.0* Diese Bewertung bezieht sich ausdrücklich auf die App bzw. den Vermittlungsservice, nicht auf die Reinigungsleistungen an sich. Mit den tatsächlichen Reinigungen habe ich überwiegend gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Was ich jedoch kritisch sehe, ist die Benutzerführung der App. Besonders problematisch finde ich, dass man sehr schnell und teilweise ungewollt in einen dauerhaften, regelmäßigen Service gerät. Hier sollte aus meiner Sicht deutlich transparenter und nutzerfreundlicher kommuniziert werden, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. Ebenfalls schwierig ist die automatische Weiterleitung eines Auftrags an andere Anbieter, wenn die ursprünglich ausgewählte Reinigungskraft den Auftrag nicht annimmt. Dadurch kann es passieren, dass plötzlich eine unbekannte Person vor der Tür steht, bei der man sich möglicherweise unwohl fühlt, sie in die eigene Wohnung zu lassen. Gerade bei Dienstleistungen im privaten Umfeld halte ich das für sehr sensibel und unglücklich gelöst. Das Stornieren eines Services empfinde ich ebenfalls als unnötig kompliziert, insbesondere bei einmaligen Buchungen. Hier fehlt es an klaren und einfachen Optionen für den Nutzer. Insgesamt wirkt die App auf mich leider eher anwenderunfreundlich.
