## What is Helpling Connect?

Helpling Connect is the app for service providers that work with Helpling to receive and manage cleaning jobs easily via their smartphones. Whether at home on the sofa, or on the way to your next job, you can manage your schedule anytime and anywhere. With the notification function, you receive live updates about everything important on the go.

- Personal Scheduling: View your appointments and check the travel distance to your next destination.
- Task Management: Check the cleaning tasks for every room of your appointments.
- Home Details: See all specific home details, e.g. customer/general infos and required additional services.
- Absence Management - Upload your medical certificates from within the app and sent them to HR. Manage your absence requests and overview your days off.
- Dashboard View - Easily see all the most important infos about your jobs in one place.
- Chat Function - You can chat with your customers directly from the app. Introduce yourself to new customers, ask questions about the booking and build better relationships by keeping the conversation flowing.
- Business Tool: View your working hours, bonuses and tips in real time.
