Selbst wenn man den Stundenpreis erhöht, nimmt die App weiterhin einen großen Teil des Geldes. Man arbeitet viele Stunden hart und am Ende bleibt kaum etwas übrig. Auch mit den Kunden gibt es große Probleme. Viele hinterlassen falsche Bewertungen, die das Profil negativ beeinflussen. Selbst wenn man Beweise hat und den Support kontaktiert, passiert nichts. Die Plattform stellt sich immer auf die Seite des Kunden. Als Reinigungskraft darf man keine schlechten Bewertungen über Kunden hinterlassen, aber Kunden dürfen beleidigende und respektlose Kommentare schreiben. Außerdem behandeln manche Kunden einen während der Termine respektlos, halten sich nicht an die Bedingungen der Reinigungskraft und diskriminieren teilweise sogar ausländische Mitarbeiter. Trotz vieler Beschwerden beim Support wird nichts unternommen. Kunden werden nicht gesperrt und man bekommt kaum Hilfe. Der Support ist sehr schlecht – oft unhöflich oder es kommt gar keine Antwort. Teilweise wird das Konto einfach blockiert und man muss unzählige E-Mails schreiben oder anrufen, um überhaupt eine Antwort zu bekommen. 0 Sterne für den Support und die App. ### 2/5 — Unpraktisch und nervig *2025-12-01* Man kann weder Anfragen zurückziehen noch seinen eigenen Account löschen. Zudem wird man mit Mails und SMS zugespamt. ### 1/5 — Kathastrophe *2025-08-25* Ich finde die App eher problematisch. Man willigt ein, dass auch fremde Personen, die man nicht ausgesucht hat, zu einem nachhause kommen- es sei denn, man klickt einen Button, den man in dem unübersichtlichen Face wahrnehmen muss. Sonst kommt einfach jemand, der den Auftrag angenommen hat. Die Stornierung ist auch nicht so easy, wie suggeriert wird. Ich versuche es seit einer Stunde vergeblich- weil ich morgen nicht mehr kostenfrei stornieren kann. Es geht aber nicht. Beängstigend. ### 1/5 — Bad *2025-06-17, version 15.0.0* The app doesn't work ### 1/5 — bad company *2025-05-21, version 14.0.0* I do not recommend this company to anyone, it claims to be impartial and does not tolerate certain types of behavior, but that is a lie. They do not tolerate this on the part of the employee, because if it is the contractor, he can humiliate, offend and be prejudiced as much as he wants, which the “support” will tell you when you report it, which is his right, and besides, you do the cleaning and there is no prediction of when you will receive it. ### 1/5 — Schlechte Angebote *2025-05-21* Man kann sein Stundelohn einstellen, trotzdem kriegt man Angebote die deutlich unter der Grenze liegen ### 4/5 — Percentage *2024-12-17, version 9.0.0* 40% is too much for commission The work is worth more than 60% ### 4/5 — Helpful *2024-12-07, version 9.0.0* Nice app ### 1/5 — Für Dienstleister nicht lohnenswert *2024-12-03* Für uns Dienstleister ist die App nicht lohnenswert, bei einem 2 stündigen Auftrag für eine Unterhaltsreinigung kommen für uns Brutto durch Helpling knappe 25€ (wohlgemerkt nach der dritten Reinigung, zuvor erhalten wir 22€) raus, was die laufenden kosten absolut nicht deckt. Man bedenke, aktuell verdienen Angestellte Reinigungskräfte 13,50€ und ab 2025 nochmal 5,5% mehr. Man muss sich ordentlich unter Wert verkaufen um solche Aufträge anzunehmen. Deswegen nehme ich keine Aufträge mehr über diese App an, was sowohl für den Kunden und Dienstleister sehr schade ist. ### 1/5 — The worst platform ever *2024-11-26, version 9.0.0* The customer is always right, but the cleaners never are. They block accounts whenever they want, allow customers to leave false reviews even when there’s proof the review is unfair, and penalize cleaners for late cancellations while letting customers off the hook. If a cleaner tries to take a client offline, they’re charged €500 according to the terms and conditions. But if a client does it, nothing happens. It’s outrageous. I wouldn’t recommend anyone work there unless you’re absolutely out of options. This platform deserves zero stars.
