## What is Helpore Pro?

Helpore Pro is the app for home-help professionals in Switzerland.

• Get booking requests from households near you and accept or decline in a tap
• Set your own hourly rates (with the Swiss minimum-wage floor built in) and weekly availability
• Build your public profile with photo, bio, services and languages
• Chat with clients in real time, with push notifications for new requests
• View your earnings and download payslips and tax documents
• Compliant onboarding — work permit, AHV and withholding tax handled in-app
• Get paid reliably; payroll declarations are done for you

When you report a household no show, Helpore Pro can now add your position to the report, with your permission. Booking requests explain what to finish before you can accept. Plus small fixes.

Booking requests now show every included visit plus total gross and estimated net earnings before you accept. You can upload a criminal record extract directly from Documents. Notifications and chats now update more reliably when you open the app. Empty document uploads now show a clear message asking you to choose the file again.
