Blocked from continuing on the “Booking Notes” page because the continue button is covered by the keyboard which I can’t dismiss but I have to open the keyboard to continue ### 1/5 — Terrible UI *2024-04-30* Annoyingly inefficient app for submitting reimbursement (no option to submit from PC!). No option to save centers for multiple claims, no option to key in numbers (have to scroll), no option to duplicate claims and only adjust the date or some other small detail. App forces you to go through the same prompts over and over again submitting the exact same information. Whoever designed this has not done sufficient real world testing. ### 1/5 — Great Idea Horrible Execution *2020-02-13* I love the idea of being able to book a vetted sitter without too much of a notice. The app quotes being able to hire a sitter with as little as a 3 hour notice. However, the multiple times I’ve used the app that has NEVER been the case. My husband and I have been trying to book a sitter for Friday since Monday morning. It’s now Thursday and we still do not have a confirmed booking. Other times we have booked with them, we usually need to send several follow up messages asking if they’ve found us an available sitter yet. If it weren’t for my husbands work subsidizing a majority of the Helpr cost, I would 100% not recommend this app to anyone. ### 1/5 — New app is not good *2019-09-05, version 4.0.7* There was no back buttons. I got stuck in the settings/help section. Had to reboot for the bottom navigation to show up. ### 1/5 — Crappiest app ever *2018-11-27, version 2.20.0* App keeps logging out Everytime and it doesn't have Gmail or other supported login . How can I remember password for a service which I don't use often. ### 1/5 — Worst App - Begging for Nannies *2018-06-27, version 2.15.0* One of their childcare recruiters begged me to come in for an interview for an event she was having in PV. She begged me to reach out to my nanny friends because they were understaffed and didn’t have sitters. Desperate and deceitful to clients who book. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2017-05-02, version 2.2.0* I downloaded the app after reading about it. Filled out the form to request a sitter. Then nothing. No info on what to expect, when my booking would be confirmed, nothing that I could see. It just said awaiting confirmation. After a few hours I cancelled. I'm ok with waiting but there should be some help messaging "you will get confirmed within # hours" but there is nothing. When I linked to the FAQ there was nothing there. Poor experience. ### 1/5 — Great baby sitters, inadequate customer service *2017-03-13, version 2.1.0* App works fine and baby sitters are great. However the billing practices and the customer service completely miss the expectations, just plain unacceptable. I wish corporate employees could show the same compassion the baby sitters do. ### 1/5 — Credit card info *2016-12-19, version 1.8.0* I really dislike apps that don't give you the option to delete your credit card info even though you have the option to delete other info like your address. Helpr does exactly that and it's a really bad practice. I really like the UI and how responsive the Helpr team has been if any support is needed.
