## What is HelpRush?

Help that arrives.
HelpRush dispatches a verified local expert to your door—live, in under 30 minutes.
No callbacks. No vague quotes. No waiting around for someone who never shows.
Two ways to book
• Get help now — a pro is on the way the moment you tap. Track them live to your doorstep.
• Schedule for later — pick your time, get a guaranteed slot.
Take on bigger work
Renovating, painting, tiling, or deep-cleaning your entire home?
Start a project, share the scope, and get matched with the right expert.
Compare proposals. Agree on a price. Pay through escrow milestones—your money is released only as work gets done.
You stay in control: counter-propose, switch experts, or cancel before work begins.
Built for trust, not just speed
• Every expert is identity-verified before joining
• Live tracking from dispatch to arrival
• In-app chat and calling—no numbers exchanged
• Pay via UPI, cards, or cash
• GST invoices generated automatically
• Wallet for refunds and faster checkout
• One-tap dispute resolution, reviewed by our team
• Transparent cancellation and rescheduling
• Start & end codes to ensure only the right pro handles your job
What you can book
Plumbing • Electrical • AC repair • Appliances • Geysers • Painting • Carpentry • Deep cleaning • Pest control • Renovation • Tiling • Locksmith • Leakage issues • RO service • Electronics repair—and more added regularly.
When HelpRush is for you
• An urgent issue and your local contact isn’t responding
• Moving into a new home that needs a deep clean
• A renovation you don’t want to chase daily
• Routine services you keep postponing
• A quote you don’t fully trust
Simple, transparent pricing
See the price before the expert arrives.
After the job, confirm the final bill—or dispute it instantly.
No hidden charges. GST included in every invoice.
Why HelpRush is different
Most service apps act like directories—they give you a number and leave the rest to chance.
HelpRush is real-time infrastructure.
When you tap “Get help now,” our system finds the nearest available expert, dispatches instantly, and lets you track them live.
That’s why our brand mark is a pulsating dot—every job is live, not stuck in a queue.
Your data stays yours
Experts see your address only after accepting a job.
Phone numbers remain private.
All communication happens in-app.
Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways—we never store your card details.
Where we are today
Currently serving Srinagar and Budgam.
Expanding city by city across India.
Help when it matters. Help that arrives.
HelpRush. .
