For all that we are paying for HelpWise, they could at least have a decent iOS app. The app keeps getting stuck where it won’t load any data and there is no way to log out and back in without deleting the whole app.

We use Helpwise for our business and it's great. But the iPhone app is almost useless. Pages fail to load, error messages abound, and functionality is missing.

For those looking for an alternative to Helpscout that need a strong mobile app to provide support - this is not it. This app has a lot of little errors that make it unusable. 

Overall, I believe Helpwise has a lot of potential, but everything feels unfinished. I'll be happy to update/change this review if things improve in the future.

I have been using Helpwise since a few months now. Amazing product and very helpful team. They have been always quick to fix any issues I have faced. It’s super easy to keep track of all my official emails. I can respond to all my clients even if my team members don’t. 
With all the lockdowns due to COVID. HelpWise has proven to be huge boon for my business. And then amidst the crisis they released the App too for better efficiency in remote work. 
I am super impressed.

I’m using Helpwise since its launch last year. We spend a good amount time on this software everyday to handle our customer queries. Earlier we had only email as mode of support but we recently added sms and WhatsApp as well. With Helpwise, managing not only emails but sms/wa messages has become super smooth and scalable. 

In past, my team and I have used other shared inbox software as well but they were either too complex or too expensive. HW is really clean & easy to learn/use and affordable. 

Great job, team Helpwise. You have built a winner here.
