## What is Hely AI?

Hely AI is a smart health assistant that helps you understand your health, keep your information organised and prepare for doctor visits, in English, Arabic or Dutch.

What you can do

• Chat with your health assistant Ask about symptoms, medication and lifestyle and get clear, general information that takes your health profile into account. Replies appear as they are written, and long answers can be continued with one tap.

• Prepare for the doctor (new) Using the T‑LICC method you describe a complaint in five simple steps: When did it start? Where do you feel it? How intense is it? What is related to it? How has it changed? The assistant then asks only about what is missing, you review and correct the summary, and you get a one-page brief for your doctor with your symptoms, concerns and questions. You can also create it in another language (for example Dutch for your GP) and share or print it as a PDF. After the visit, add the doctor's plan for a plain-language explanation.

• Your health record in your pocket Keep track of chronic conditions, medication and allergies, with on-time medication reminders.

• Chat summaries Summarise any chat with one tap, in the language you choose.

• Safety first If you describe serious warning signs, the assistant stops and points you to a doctor or emergency services.

Your privacy Your health records, chats and briefs are stored on your device. When you use the assistant, your message and the health information it needs are sent through our servers to the AI provider to get an answer, without your name or email address, and we don't keep chat content on our servers. You can turn off optional analytics at any time in the privacy settings.

Subscription Use the app for free with a limited number of chats, or subscribe for more chats. The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time in your store account settings.

Important Hely AI provides general health information for educational purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe and is not a substitute for a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number right away.
