When you start a message, the keyboard blocks the text box. Therefore you can’t see what you’re typing or select, or really edit them in the app.

When you’re trying to read a message from a rep it glitches and becomes similar to a slide show and just keeps pulling the message up and and pulling it up again and pulling it up again and pulling it up again and pulling it up again. It doesn’t stop until you close the app.
