## What is Hemoder PBM?

Hemoder PBM provides physicians, diagnostic professionals and advisers about the interpretation of Thromboelastometry, a professional, efficient and effective space for the management of critical cases, in patients with perioperative bleeding.

The main benefits it has are:
-Private and structured information of the cases, easy to load and permanent access, immediately available on your cell phone, only for the participants of the case.
-Notifications of notice when new information is available, messages, relevant stages of the procedure, images, etc.
-The relevant information of the case uploaded in the application by the referring physician allows better teamwork, improves diagnosis and treatment times.
-The system records the schedule of each step of the process, which provides objectivity in the face of claims of delays that may arise in the management of urgent cases.
-The cases in which a user participated are stored in an unalterable way and from the mobile phone they can be retrieved or shared in PDF format, as well as printed to attach to a Medical Record.

Notification at the moment first ROTEM results are available to all contacts participating on the active derivation.
Possibility to edit Observation field por Operator role, as well as Derivator rol in previous versions
Possibility to “reject derivation” from Operator role.
New PDF document with Algorithm rules v. 5.1
In Algorithms “Trauma, Sangrado Severo and HPP” and “Fibrinolisis” step, where there are no ROTEM results y profilaxis with Tranexamic is suggested according to CRASH-2 o WOMAN protocols, the step is highlighted in grey instead of yellow.
In clinical situations “TXH-Basal, Hemorragia Digestiva y Cirugía Abdominal” the step is highlighted in red color on Fibrinolisis step when ML is equal or higher 15%
