Estou com um problema para acessar meu progresso no Hempire. Eu tenho um save antigo no nível 47, salvo no meu iPhone, mas quando abro o jogo em qualquer dispositivo aparece a mensagem dizendo que “joguei uma versão mais recente do Hempire em outro dispositivo” e que não é possível acessar meu progresso, mesmo depois de atualizar. Eu já fiz tudo: • atualizei o app na App Store • fechei e abri o jogo • reinstalei no iPhone e no iPad • ambos estão na versão 2.42.9 Mesmo assim, a tela continua travando e não consigo carregar meu progresso do nível 47. Só aparece a opção de manter o progresso local, que está no nível 1, mas eu não quero perder meu save antigo. Por favor, poderiam verificar a minha conta no servidor e liberar o meu progresso do nível 47 novamente? Seguem os prints da tela de erro e da versão do jogo.
