The main reason I downloaded this app was to book services without having to phone every time. Unfortunately, the service booking gets halfway through then freezes at the same point. I have deleted my profile, deleted and reinstalled the app but still the same result. Shame as it is really good otherwise.

I’ve had my doubts about this app since it didn’t routinely keep my car details and I had to re-enter them on more than one occasion. After the latest update it’s forgotten it again, but when I try to fill in the details the app immediately crashes.

It’s easy to use interface make it pleasant to navigate and the ability to personalise the features give it a very premium feel.

I also love the fact that the branding has changed to Honda to match my current vehicle.
